Accies Netball Club
Accies Netball Club (established 1978/88 season) is run by Danny Simon and currently have 6 teams playing in the Jersey Netball Associations winter league which also includes an under 18 team, Accies Lightning JE - Jersey Electricity being the clubs new kit sponsor.
Accies Monday summer training is at Les Quennevais school outdoor courts and sessions are coached by Danny , Taryn Perkins plus an extended group of qualified coaches - Harriet Simon, Kat Le Riche, Claudia Andrade , Jo Cabot, Annie Le Beuvant and Shaida Aziz.
Accies are also very proud to have a band of umpires with qualifications from B, C and Into Officiating all lead by Amie le Beuvant who is an England Netball accredited umpire mentor and assessor.
Club Colours: Purple and Black
Senior Club Training held during the Summer on Monday nights at Les Ormes and Les Quennevais School outside Courts.
Accies were proud in February 2015 to be the first Netball Club to gain Jersey Clubmark Status showing their commitment to Safeguarding and the Development of players and the club as a whole. As this no longer exists they now work closely with Jersey Sport to ensure they remain a safe and sustainable sport.
