A huge thank you was given last night at the JNA's 73rd AGM to Yveline Sheldon who has stepped down after 5 years in the role of President of the Jersey Netball Association. During those 5 years Yveline has worked tirelessly to update the JNA's policies and procedures, implement new fundraisers, thoughtfully looked after our growing list of sponsors with impeccable communication and many other actions too numerous to mention. We are incredibly grateful for all her dedication to the role. Prior to taking over as President Yveline held many positons on the JNA Committee including Junior Vice President and Senior Vice President. A player and Coach also, Yveline was also involved in St John's Netball Club from its inception coaching the players from the age of 17. As thanks for her tireless devotion to her sport and Association, Yveline was last night named as an Honorary Life Member of the Association, an honor she was "delighted" to accept. |
